Very informative, learn a lot of exercises I can do in daily basis. Thanks Doc. Recently I track down the root of my depression, low self-esteem, beaten down by my mom physically and mentally. Hopefully I can recover and find a job after 1.5 years unemployment.

Advice in this video was very good. Many times we face situation when we were humiliated by someone powerful like boss or some other influential person. You cannot reply or stop him/her. How to relieve such emotional distress? Video on this topic will be helpful for many people.

I so love your videos! However, you triggered one of my pet peeves that I have and that's "toxic positivity." An example would be the phrase "You're perfect just the way you are." And a person might respond, "I'm afraid that I'm not perfect. I have depression and I'm feeling a little helpless and hopeless. This does not feel at all like perfect." That's an extreme example, but you get the idea. An affirmation should be realistic as well as inspiring.

Ok I like the idea of encouraging when someone makes a mistake. But what if someone doesn’t make a mistake and does something willfully wrong? What would be the response to this? This one is hard for me because I had parental figures who reprimanded me hard

Why talk about the negative n how it affect the person. Why not start off positive in a positive way. Keeping the affects of the positive going.
