EASY - No-Bake Chocolate Roulade👌🏼

NO BAKE chocolate roulade
What will you need :
For the roulade :
200 gr Petit-Beurre biscuits
125 ml whipping cream
125 ml dark chocolate
3 gr cocoa powder
45 gr sugar
1/2 spoon vanilla extract
For the filling:
250 ml whipping cream
30 gr vanilla pudding
For the top coat :
75 gr dark chocolate
75 ml whipping cream
What to do:
Melt in the microwave dark chocolate , whipping cream , cocoa ,sugar and vanilla extract. ( microwave for 30 sec each time until well combined)
Crush the biscuits and mix with the dark chocolate mixture.
Spread the mixture on a baking sheet and flatten to shape a thin rectangle shape. Cool in the fridge.
Make the filling!
Mix whipping cream for a minute and add vanilla pudding gradually.
Spread the filling in the rolled biscuit mixture and roll to form a roulade

Make the ganache!
Microwave dark chocolate with whipping cream until melted and mix until smooth.
Coat the roulade, chill and enjoy 😁
