Interesting video! I'm a little busy now with college, but I'll definitely use your website to learn Frisian once my schedule clears up. Keep up the good work!

Goed wurk! Nice to see you back! I like how you have used less AI which makes the video feel more diverse! This video is over all just really good with only some small nit picks like how some things are repeated, how Scots (can) count as a closer language to English, and you can also argue the Frisian is 3 languages although Frisian is quite strange in the fact that it is a small language yet the dialects are quite different. Even North Frisian dialects can't understand each other from what I've heard.

The thing I'm thinking I'm missing is "Stadsfries", definitely a mix of Dutch and Frisian, mostly spoken around Leeuwarden. "Leeuwarden" in Frisian is "Ljouwert", but in Stadsfries it's "Liwwadden" for example, but I guess it's too much of a Dutch dialect mixed with Frysk.

The pictures used are completely useless, also you have some mistakes.

The Dutch (Hollanders) BANNED the language from being spoken or given on schools. Also discrimination against the Frisians was a rampant problem (even to this day you still have quite a lot of people who are discriminating against the Frisians) This eventually led to the Frisians rising up in the mid 20th century to speak and learn their own language.

The Frisians are stated to be from an island north of England somewhere. Also they were stated to be excellent sailors and merchants for a large part of Europe's coastal regions.

I'm looking for the Frisian dictionary PDF that used to be available online, can anyone share it with me? I think it was Frisian to English.

Very ugly illustrations and not to the point at all. Mountains in Fryslân, come on.
