Hi, I have the same coffee maker. In my case, the steamer stopped working, and after the second coffee, it became very hot, almost boiling. I've had it for two years and never cleaned it because the water runs very well (I always used filtered water, which is why the water flows so long from the spouts). What could it be?

I couldn't unscrew the bolt. It was very soft but stuck. Putting pressure would only destroy it.

Hi just wondering if it’s still supposed to flash even after cleaning like this? I have the same model and when I first bought the machine, the light stayed on when brewing and didn’t flash.
