I work at a café at the moment. Definitely wanna make sure you flush that group head a bunch before you pour anything - that stuff is not very good for you.

Great video! But don`t do the back-flushing to often. The Cafiza tends to dissolve the lubricants that lubricate the lever, thus making it harder to move and therefore grinding down the metal. Also the instructions on the Cafiza bottle (at least here in Germany) say to only repeat the back-flushing process 5 times and to then take out the portafilter and wash of any left over Cafiza and then continue back-flushing.

At the café I work at we do this routine every night! Provided, we have one of those big ass 3-group commercial La Marzocco machines. (I'm sorry, I don't know the model!) I find cleaning the machine really therapeutic if I'm not stressing out about other closing tasks, lol

Dont forget to soak the shower screen too! Yes I know you backflushed into it. But it doesnt get all the way clean that way
