That little montage at the start, going through their history and past events was a really cool transition. This movie really feels like a love letter to this franchise. Fantastic movie.

Seriously, watching Goku/Kakarrot arrive on Earth with such a fantastic visual montage and and epic musical score to go along with it, I actually cried. Especially after everything Bardock and Gine did to protect their son.
