just can t understand how can they let such a talent out of competition. I see there are many many good singers but they should be able to recognize hidden talents like this wonderfull musician and give than a chance to show their best/

I have to say, the trumpet was beautiful, and Dawn's voice wasn't too shabby either. I did think she missed one or two of the bigger moments, and for me there wasn't enough light and shade in the performance. With only a few precious moments to impress, Dawn may regret not choosing a song that would have let her do more with her range. Plus, despite the emotive effect it had, I would have strongly advised her to leave the trumpet at home. (The show isn't called The Trumpet.)

Although, the voice is really beautiful, I actually liked the way she played the trumpet more!!.. Not a lot of musicians can bring out emotions in the instruments they use.

I feel like she could have done better with a different song choice. I liked it, but the lyrics seemed to repeat and it seemed to be repetitive. I feel like Tom should have turned, because they could have worked well together. :)

last time I checked the show is called THE VOICE, not the TRUMPET. Albeit is great trumpet performance, her voice was somewhat pitchy. Judges made the right call in my humble opinion.
