Directed by Fleur & Manu, this video was made in conjunction with The Creators Project, a partnership between Intel and Vice.

This song makes me think of my son Wessley. Last year, after the Dr's confirmed he had brain cancer, I pushed him in his wheelchair as we left the appointment. He wanted a coffee from Dunkin Donuts across from the Neuro-Oncologist office. As he stood up to go inside with me, he said, "I feel like I've wasted so much of my life." I told him it wasn't over. Less then 2 months later, surrounded by friends and family I held his head in my lap while watching him exhale one last time. A piece of my soul shattered in that moment. I will never be who I once was.

I don't know if anyone will ever see this, but I just feel kinda lost and alone. This song perfectly captures what I'm feeling right now.
No purpose, no goal. Just stuck in a point in my life and I can't seem to get out of. I'm just stuck with myself. But yeah, I guess that's how life goes and that's how humans get to grow from their experiences. I do have dreams, but I'm scared of pursuing them. Scared that I'll never be able to make them come true. It's like a never ending cycle of me wanting to pursue my dreams, me being scared, me being stuck and doing things I don't like. And then it begins again. But in general I'm grateful for what I already have and I don't want be seen as someone who's complaining. Cause I'm not, I just feel lost and alone right now.
