Leaving emotions out of it is the #1 thing I had to work on. In life too, taking emotions out of decisions I make. I blew my account 2x before learning that concept. i would recommend not to trade with $100... start with at least $1000... to grow your $100 i would recommend buying selling actual items, garage sale, craigslist, facebook, ebay, etc..

Beginner here with a question. Once I'm done paper trading and feel comfortable enough to trade actual money then my question would be ... I can set up a $25, 000+ account. So would you recommend just doing that or ... go the Cash Account route putting in a few thousand (and investing the other $20, 000+ in a mutual fund). Obviously my goal is to have a $25, 000+ account so I can make unlimited day trades ... but my question is more about the beginning of my journey. Thank you.
