Is it still worth learning to program?

The more AI generates content, the more the AI feeds on its own output. This is a dead loop because it's gonna accelerate what's known as "hallucinations". Without real, high quality human input, all these models will start spitting garbage.

It's always someone who doesn't have any background in tech field that's saying AI will take over the world, AI literally still have many bugs and issue, and probably will always bugs and issues and you can gaslight it easily

Anyone that says AI is going to take over has not used AI enough. It’s like a faster google but it will say things with 100 percent confidence that are totally wrong. It’s good to be able to ask follow up questions but still need to know some stuff.

Programming with an AI gets pointless and a waste of time if you're dealing with a simple non-mainstream language. Lots of issues such as not differentiating between versions correctly, making things up, adding unnecessary stuff, using deprecated code, using functions/objects that don't even exist as well as spreading misinformation about the language itself. By that time you could invest it into that language's documentation, and the language in question has the best, most helpful and straight forward documentation I've ever seen, so using AI is really terrible practice and anyone using it makes themselves look like a fool because of the mess or made up stuff within the code.

It cannot replace human.
Finally, it is possible to copy-paste the code. And that hasn't decreased the demand for the front-end developers.
Also, AI works only with things that was a human-made input. And reuses it. So, at the end, still prone to errors.

AI will do most of the work, but it still need human input to make sure everything will work smoothly.

the only reason I'd say no is because there are too many juniors and it saturates the market, but for AI, there's still time.
