I’ve used those same splicing connectors several times in the past but this is the first time I learned they are shrink wrap.

excellent vid.... I actually learned two things... the longer/shorter cutting method and the length to strip the wires.... thanks alot!

Excellent video. Always appreciate the 1A training videos especially with the k1500 as I have a 97 Yukon. One tip I learned was a seam ripper. For like stitching. A neat little hand tool that protects the wires you're trying to avoid cutting. And gets clean and safe cuts through loom and tape

I want to thank you for such an easy DIY VID on this subject. I've asked several so called Mech and watched several other videos and for some reason, I think they just wanted to look intelligent rather than take the simply road and explaining just as you did. Every single question I had was answered without watching this vid several times. Now I'm confident I can do this myself. Great job!!!

Your videos are so helpful, thank you 😊 I will be replacing my blower motor resistor connector, do I have to disconnect the battery before I do that?

Hey thanks for this tutorial. I was wondering if you broke the clip off if it will still work fine. Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you, this looks pretty easy. Is it better to crimp than solder the wires together? And how do you ensure the wires connect fully when crimping? Thanks!

so the wires don’t have a order to go in you can just cut which ever side u want longer ? they both connect to either side ?
