This helped me a lot I will say I didn't need to call anyone if you have the code still but you touched your radio just hold down the one in six with your radio off and then re-enter your five-digit pin again

Hold 1 and 6 together then click power button code should come up then enter 1221 and theres your radio

Holding those buttons don't do anything different for me. It just keeps popping up enter code
