Hi, PLEASE NOTE the S/N number that is displayed is not the number you are supposed to enter in order to unlock the radio. The code you need to enter is a 5-digit code. It is located on the ANTI-THEFT RADIO ID CARD that you got when bought your car or it can be gained via the Honda portal and/or at your Honda dealer.
