One thing I have learned about the stock market is that it is very very manipulated. It will not let investors know when it go up or down. It will always do the opposite what investors think it might do... If investors can figure out what the market is going to do, companies will go bankruptcy.... I think the third amendment thing came around basically like this:

As part of a larger conflict, Britain racked up a considerable amount of war debt defending its N American colonies from the French during what Americans call "the French and Indian War" in the 1750s. The war ended and Parliament was stuck with that bill. They were trying to figure out various ways to get the Colonies to pay the cost of their defense during the war. They tried all sorts of taxes which the colonials hated and resented, and the quartering of troops in the colonial houses was about trying to spend a lot less money keeping a bunch of troops abroad in North America.

So, yeah, that was a thing. those first Americans had become really touchy about any govt. forcing them to accept strangers in their homes, particularly if those strangers had guns and swords, etc.
