Doom 64 - Digital Download

For physical copies:
The pre-order bonus and deluxe edition or colletor's edtion code is usually inside the game case.
It can also be mentioned on the receipt or invoice. In some cases you will also receive an email from your retailer. This all depends on the retailer.
You can enter the code at the Playstation Store at "Redeem Codes". You will find "Redeem Codes" all the way at the bottom of the Main Menu of the Playstation Store.
Enter your 12-digit voucher code. Confirm the Redeem Code Items and Download your purchase.
Make sure you exit the game before installing the bonus content.
If it doesn't work right away try restarting the Playstation after installing the bonus add-on.

For digital copies:
The add-on should be installed automatically. If this is not the case try to following:

If you go the the application/game (where you launch the game) press down on the d-pad and you will get a menu.
In this menu go down to Playstation Store. Here you can see the add-ons that aren't downloaded.
Make sure you exit the game before installing the bonus content.

If it doesn't work right away try restarting the Playstation after installing the bonus add-on.

Haven't received either the "Rip and Tear" pack or "Doom 64." Pre-ordered from Best Buy and from what I've heard, trying to call them is at least a 2-hour wait on hold. By the time I get the content (if ever) I'll probably already be done with Eternal and out of my Doom buzz and will probably be focusing on Animal Crossing.

Is anyone else having problems getting their deluxe edition content and the rip and tear dlc pack on PS4, I got the demonic slayer skin and the classic weapon sound pack but the year one pass still saying it’s not been purchased on the PlayStation store, I got the download code from GAME this morning for the preorder bonus I got the DOOM 64 download but no rip and tear dlc has shown up

I got the Collector's Edition. While it thankfully came with the codes for the deluxe edition, it didn't give me any way of accessing pre order content. I called the EBgames that i picked up my game to see if they forgot to give me a code or something. They gave me a code but only for doom 64. Either its a seperate code or something isn't working right with that dlc.

I pre-ordered Doom: Eternal deluxe edition for the ps4, and I installed the update. I claimed my deluxe edition code and got nothing in-game, I also never got my pre-order bonus. If anyone knows how to fix this please message me.
