Honestly, jokes aside about her assets, Hailey having such wide hips and toned legs makes a lot of sense when you factor in her rail gun. The thing is literally twice as tall as she is. You would need some serious lower (and upper) body strength to wield something like that and lug it around constantly, not even accounting for running, jumping and any other types of physical exertion.
