In this video, Grant explains each step in the bootmaking process. Follow along for our process that we have been using since 1964, building each pair to the highest quality standards.

All Nicks Boots are made here in Spokane, WA from the finest parts and materials. We are USA-owned and operated, valuing the livelihoods of our workers as well as the quality of our boots. If you're looking for the toughest work boots on the market, you've finally come to the right place.

If you're interested in how our boots are serviced, check out other content on our YouTube channel! While most boots are meant to be thrown away after a few months, Nicks are built to last. When your boots start to need some servicing, you can send them in to have them resoled or completely rebuilt! Nicks Handmade Boots are serviceable and last years longer than a mass-produced boot. Since 1964, Nicks has been making the highest quality boots on the market, right here in Spokane Washington. If you're tired of your old work boots wearing out, upgrade to Nicks and enjoy the most comfortable boots on the market.

I have Frankenstein feet which would not tolerate the wear of these beautiful boots, but as a craftsman and artificer in my own right, I greatly admire the cobbler's craft and I appreciate these videos! My burning question is answered at 12:15, where all those sharp boot nails go. Great stuff.

A great video, very informative! I'm trying to make a set of pirate style turnover boots, using a moccasin toebox since I lack the tools to do a proper modern boot, but with a more modern outsole. This video is a great reference to know what I need to do to modify the boot into something that will last and be comfortable (like adding a piece of leather covering the stitch on the upper vamp, triple stitching where possible, including both an arch support and a shank, how to make wure the boot is level, etc.) Thanks!

Dont get any ideas guys but, its amazing that you can even sell these boots for like $500. There is so much manpower and labor that goes into every single boot its amazing
