I had a bug on this quest where it never changed from 'Investigate the shooting party' so I never thought to interact with the chair.

Thank you for the walkthrough. I got distracted by the world and later realized the maker to track the quest completely disappeared, and i didn't know where to go on the map. I think that's a bug. Anyway, as for the last challenge, I shot 2 out of 3 targets... man, so close to finding out what happens in that case 😢
