The biggest problem during APS certificate registration with the solution!

The APS certificate is issued by the German Embassy or Consulate in the student's home country and is meant to verify the authenticity of the student's academic qualifications and assess their eligibility for higher education in Germany. The APS process typically involves the submission of documents such as academic transcripts, diplomas, and language proficiency certificates, as well as an in-person interview.

Starting for the Summer sem 2023, Indian students need to apply for the APS certificate as well. This certificate is required during the master's application process as well as during the Visa application. Hence it is important that we are aware of the steps we need to follow to apply for the certificate.

I had a problem while I was applying for my aps.

I clicked on submit and pay now. Then suddenly my laptop went off due to some issue. I hadn't yet paid the money. But I recieved a mail that my account has been created.

I tried to login but it shows that my account is not activated yet.

It has been 3 days since I applied for aps, but I don't have any response about the account activation.

Am I stuck in a problem?

I applied for aps on 1 may but I didn't get my username and password. Payment was done by me on that day. Also, I had tried for login, but error appeared which was 'the login credentials you entered are incorrect' thus I decided to register again but it didnot work because passport and aadhar card number are not used second time. Then I sent mails on its mail id, I didn't get any helpful information those mails are auto generate. So i need proper Guideline what i have to do, I already took too much time for it.

As you said I did same like I clicked on cc avenue and then PhonePe but after 30secs payment page got redirected to log in page then I have check my payment status it shows payment cancelled although I didn’t get any payment pop up in PhonePe later again i paid through bank transfer then I have click on edit application and entered offline payments details and updated it

Hello everyone,

I have a question. Just now, I heard that APS (American Physical Society) might block you if you send them continuous emails, which I didn't even know before.

So, I've filled out their contact form twice. The first time, I asked them about the exact timeline to receive the certificate, and the second time, I asked them to activate my account, which I later realized they might have already done, as I can edit the application form and perform other activities.

I also sent them another email this morning to request a faster process, as I have some upcoming deadlines.

With these two contact form submissions and one email, am I at risk of getting blocked by APS India?

I created my APS account and I couldn't pay through CC Avenue but still my account was activated and when I checked my payment details it showed cancelled. I feel I did a huge blunder once I logged into my account and saw payment was cancelled then I went to edit my submission and chose to do offline transaction and I did through Net Banking and my money was debited from my account and my application got updated but when download the application again but payment detail is still showing cancelled So I'm getting scared will my application get rejected or should I send my documents to Aps office ?
