🛑FOR ALL THOSE WHO HAVEN’T RECEIVED THEIR APS CERTIFICATE:🛑

On 21st April, APS announced that the new paper printed certificates will be replaced by digital certificates.

These certificates will be sent to your registered e-mail address in secure PDF format and they are digitally signed as you can see in this sample.

This means the time it takes APS to print and deliver these certificates to you will be cut down massively, at least that’s what they say.

You can use these digital certificates and use them to submit at the VFS office for visa applications, to your university and even uni-assist.

We don’t know if this would reduce the 4-5 months wait time but it’s a step forward in the right direction.

Also they said:
“Please note that as of April 24th 2023, the digital certificate will be issued to all applicants who registered on the individual verification procedure. Applicants who are participating in a partnership or exchange program are not eligible for obtaining a digital certificate.”

They better stop this aps certificate thing again because they can't handle these situations well.. Applied in January still waiting for certificate 😢

If you are planning to apply APS certificate please keep 1year bandwidth to get your APS certificate... They do not have enough staff to handle but still they are accepting new application which is surprising... If you do not wanted to wait long time I would suggest find out better country for you!!

My APS timeline :
Applied for APS with payment on Sept 15. Courier sent and delivered at APS centre on Sept 28. Got my APS digital certificate on Nov 15. Tip: Ask your professor to sent an email with all your documents attached.

There's still hope guys...Try your best make sure you guys properly place your document as easy as it is for them to go through those copies. I had placed a separate sheet to mention what all documents i have attached which check box their list of requirements ...

I sent my aps certificate by Dec and it reached by 4...feb 5 I got call for verification but fool me went out without taking my phone😢 I send email but still no respond...if anybody been into same situation like me did u get called from them later?

Also my university didn't have student portal 😬😮‍💨 will it be a problem?? cuz the day they call, they send me a email to sign in to student portal but.. I can't 😢

i made a mistake in aps application form( passport no.), anybody knows how to edit or what to do get edited. passport number editing is not available in edit ur submission section. i am unable sent the documents to aps team due to this issue. comtacted them through the dashbord but no response
