PS: if it says that you are not admin, try to right click on the Windows menu and select Windows powershell (Admin) and then try to type sfc /scannow there👍

My home camera is saying system is initialing. It makes noise and then the cameras will show then blank out again. It's is recording when it comes back on . I have Svat cameras. Please help me

This started happening recently to my laptop when I open windows, after I clicked on a link a few weeks ago, that would supposedly take me to pirate bay, since it's been down recently. I think the link said "piratebay proxy 10" or something like that. It was on reddit. Never took me anywhere. Learned my lesson. Now a little box with that message comes up whenever I start my computer. Also, a few times the computer will freeze while watching YouTube videos. Hard power off is the only way to fix it. I haven't logged into any accounts on that laptop since it happened.

Question is ...could this be caused by some virus? I'm thinking it has to be. If I go back and find that exact link, are there people online that can check it for me and see what it contains really?
