I love these kinds of videos! We did this same route from Amsterdam but took KLM (also lots of food) but on the way back from Bali to Singapore we took Singapore Airlines and the food was SO yummy!

I'm visiting family in Kuala Lumpur flying with Singapore myself in Premium Economy in a few days and even picked all of my meals for the flight. Hopefully seeing the meals I picked in person looks and sounds as good as you've made yours.

From other travel vlog and tip videos, I've heard picking your meal also practically gets you your food first/early and can probably help with avoiding restroom lines.
