3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 t. baking soda
1/2 t. Salt
1 t. cinnamon
2 c. diced bananas
1 8oz. can crushed pineapple
liquid reserved
1 1/2 t. vanilla
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups oil
1 cup crushed pecans

350 45 to 60 minutes

8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
16 oz. powdered sugar
reserved juice

I have always drooled when I have seen pix of that cake but was intimidated by all the ingredients and steps to make. You always make things look so easy. I'm willing to try it.❤ That is one of the best sounds ever....croaking toads and birds singing at night. I'm in my 50s and one of my best childhood memories is going to bed at night with my window wide open and letting the night sounds put me to sleep.❤🐸🕊 Thanks for the memory. 😁

Sounds like my grandmas place sounded when I was a scrawny little kid. She lived in the boonies of Texas, but close enough to Fort Hood that we could hear the big "guns" as the army guys and the Natl. Guard practiced for war. It was frightening!
