How to make a Hummingbird Cake

Hello Everyone!! I’m sharing a delicious recipe with you all. Enjoy!!

Hummingbird Cake Recipe

Preheat oven @350 degrees

3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1-1/2 tsp cinnamon
1-1/2 Tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 cups ripened mashed bananas
1 cup cooking oil (vegetable or canola) I used only 1/2 cup of oil.
3 eggs
20 oz. can crushed pineapples
1 cup pecan pieces

Cream cheese frosting
2- 8 oz. cream cheese softened
2 sticks of softened butter
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
6 cups powder sugar
1/2 cup pecan pieces

Bake @350 degrees for 30 minutes. Take cakes out of pans after 15 mins. Place cakes on racks. Let cake cool completely on racks before frosting your cake.
