Chocolate Giraffe!

This one is definitely my biggest chocolate creation ever! 🦒
With a height of 8.3ft and a weight of 160lbs, it took me 7 days and had me come up with some new techniques in order to achieve this final result.
Hard to believe you can create so much only using 100% chocolate!

I am wondering, is he doing any strength calculations for his creations? It hardly seems possible otherwise.
He specifically pointed out in that show, that his works are just chocolate, no tricks, no wire, no foam.
It blows my mind how a huge piece like this stands on its own and doesn't crumble. These chocolate masterpieces are works of art in many ways. Making the chocolate, sculpting and painting, and a bit of applied science. Amazing.
