Chocolate Velociraptor!

This chocolate creation is the largest and most challenging piece I have ever done. It weighs 550lbs (250kg) and has an imposing height of 8ft (2,44m). It took me a total of 10 days from start to finish. I love the way it turned out!
There is truly no limit to what can be done with chocolate!

As a hobbyist who makes polymer clay sculptures on a near weekly basis, I can say from experience that the amount of work you put into shaping these pieces is astounding. And I’ve got the benefit of soft clay too, I can’t even imagine the challenge of shaping solid chocolate! Fantastic work here, this is amazing!

I’ve watched him on French television when he was only a 20 something years old participant in a baking contest and you could tell back then that he was talented.
But how god now he truly is at the peak of his art.
You can tell that he’s worked a hell of a lot to perfect his technics and now he’s just mastering them with an incredible perfection.
