I recently updated to the anniversary update. Rest of the things are fine but when I restart my Laptop, the Lenovo (my laptop manufacturer) logo just appears for couple of seconds and then disappears although spinner keeps on rotating for some more time with black screen in the background. After some time laptop boots I would like to know if this is by design or this is a bug

On the Chinese version they even add poetry right after you login your PC. Along with update notices

my pc restart and it say do not turn of pc(same as 52:45) and in 16% it restart and go back to RTM version
i hate windows i love mac

mine get stuck at 23 % after restart tried several times to no aveil.
