What you didn't mention is that Microsoft replaced the Sticky Notes App that came with Windows 7/8/10 with a new Microsoft Sticky Notes in the anniversary update. They also added a few new apps. If you compare the list of apps in the different versions of Windows 10 you'll see it. Also, they added extensions to Microsoft Edge browser and Cortana can now show Android notifications. They also updated the speaker settings to change audio device from taskbar and set Windows Update active hours
