I walked through the Todoroki Valley in the rain. Todoroki Valley is one of the most unique places in Tokyo, surrounded by greenery.

I can not express how much I love Japan. Everything looks so clean and well kept. This is a beautiful area. Like a rain forest in the middle of a metropolis.
It is most interesting that there is almost no guard rails anywhere, even on the bridges or the narrow parts of the walkways. It adds a sense of freedom to this.

Thank you for this video. I lived in Tokyo 2001-06 and discovered the Todoroki Valley while riding my scooter along Kampachi-dori from our home near Kaminoge station and my office in Otori. It became my favorite place to cool down during the hot summer months but I never saw it with so much rain.

Todoroki is a lovely way to spend an hour on a hot day away from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo city. What I loved about your beautiful footage here is that by looking at it, you'd NEVER EVER guess that you were just off the main roads and right in the middle of an actual city. You look far out in a rainforest in Iriomote or something! Fantastic. I love finding all these lovely hidden pockets in cities. Thanks so much for this gorgeous upload. I love you Japan! 💘🗾🌳🌴☔
