Calling attention to the juror's emotional moment is fine but identifying the juror as "an African American woman" is incredibly irresponsible. Anyone who can follow a process of elimination will be able to identify that juror now. You're painting a target on her back for harassment.

To tell you the truth, most people feel like Rhett Butler when it comes to Hunter Biden: "frankly, my dear, I don't give a damn." This case only concerns Hunter, his friends and his family. I'm not interested at all. I hope he gets to help he needs, like millions of others suffering from some form of addiction.

I was pleased that Senator Gram voiced what many of us understand. It is extremely rare for individuals to be prosecuted for false statements about drug use on a gun purchase form, unless the gun was used to commit a crime or the person was planning to commit a crime. They understand that addicts are often in denial about their drug use and tell themselves every day that the last time they used was their last time.
