Peanut Brittle |Easy 10 minute recipe| microwave

Microwave peanut brittle
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1 cup roasted salted peanuts
4 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking soda
My microwave is 1000 watts if using lower or higher wattage times will vary.
In a microwave safe bowl combine sugar and corn syrup
Microwave on high 4 minutes stir halfway
Stir in peanuts, microwave for 3 more minutes or until light brown stir halfway
Stir in butter and microwave for 1 more minute
Stir in baking soda and vanilla the mixture will start to foam stir until foam goes down
Pour onto a greased or buttered cookie sheet and spread to about 1/4 inch thick let it cool completely and breakup and store in airtight container
