I Have 100 Days to Beat ARK at Level 1!

There are 477 crafting engrams in ARK Survival Ascended, and Carl can't craft ANY of them. He has his exp rates on 0x, meaning he is stuck permanently at level 1. He can't increase his stats, can't unlock engrams, can't open supply drops, and can't make saddles. He really can't do... anything.

Carl's goal is to beat all 4 bosses and ascend from The Island while stuck at level 1, and he has 100 days to make it happen. The clock is ticking, and this challenge is harder than anything I've done yet on ARK Survival Evolved, or ARK Survival Ascended. This challenge will push ARK to its absolute limits.

Disclaimer: some things in this video had to be modified in order to make it possible, such as using commands to start the boss fights. (they have level requirements) I talk more about it late in the video.

Dude going to scorched earth - to steal a wyvern egg - so u can do fire damage - to then try and tame the rarest creature in ark - so you can do the simple job of smelting METAL - so you can make a TEK REP - so you can make a TEK HELMET - ALL TO BEAT *ONE* CAVE. Is probably one of the craziest examples of either *insanity* or just sheer *mental fortitude* ever. W vid bro.

I'm going to say, I found this challenge incredible.

Normally, I'm quite a fan of your creative solutions.

But the workarounds that you did using dinosaurs instead of tech?

Using dinosaurs as storage boxes, using dinosaurs to breathe underwater, using dinosaurs to hatch eggs, using an otter to protect from the heat/cold, using a Phoenix to make metal ingots!

Hell, parachuting in to steal a dragon egg, raising the egg inside the ravine with several deadly Wyverns, and then leaving that ravine on a fully grown Wyvern? That was one of the most epic maneuvers I've ever seen.

This was my favorite video of yours by far, so props to you! It's criminal what happened to you at the end.

Love how this silly challenge puts the spotlight on a lot of "Useless" creatures that normally are only used as food

Initially, I turned on this video so that something would play in the background, BUT as the plot progressed, I was increasingly surprised by the various solutions to a variety of problematic situations.
Before that video, I didn’t even know that Dimetrodon is an air conditioner, Diplocaulus is an air balloon, Otter can protect not only from cold, but also from heat, and at the same time you can incubate a Wyvern egg with it.
It was surprising how every basic action turned into a seemingly insurmountable obstacle, but soon such an unexpected solution was found.

The developers clearly did not suspect that someone would be able to defeat the bosses alone at only level 1, which did not even give them the opportunity to start a battle with them (the moment with Boss Spider, the required level for the battle is 30).
Your video breaks all the laws that this game stood for and it’s great. Thank you very much for this video!!!

Tip for next video: regularly use the command 'saveworld' to save your world. This way when you crash you don't roll back to the Stone Age every 2 seconds.

Edit: actually ASA has a 'save world' button in the settings menu thing. Don't know exactly how it works, but you should probably try it.
