Some people might be unimpressed by this new release but I think it's actually perfectly reasonable considering how good the tv3 was already; the tv4 simply adds a few QoL upgrades to the tv3 without sacrificing any performance. If the cube is good and performs well, I don't see a reason to make any drastic changes.

Guys, it’s not a bad thing for it to be an incremental upgrade from the TV3 considering how good the TV3 already was. Big changes aren’t always gonna be better, just look at Gan. The Gans 13 and 14 weren’t that good compared to the 12, and it took them to get to the Gan 15 for some of their own GanGurus to switch from the Gan 12.

I'm glad qiyi moved the magnet adjustment from the edge to the corner, a major problem on the tv3 was the magnet settings could change with corner twists (which happened semi-frequently)

I always love Phil’s optimism and honesty with these reviews. The TV3 is my current main and has been for over a year now, so I’m excited to give the TV4 a try when I get the chance to.

I agree with someone else that said they want black internals. Maybe just anything but primary. I like the one Moyu wrm with the purple internals.

Sounds nearly perfect, assuming that there's no manufacturing quality issue like last time. The only reservation for me is the size. A 54mm to 54.5mm version is what will make it perfect. 👏👏👏

I just bought the new tornado v4 pioneer and it became my main instantly. My previous main was the 13 Maglev. What I also like about the cube is its quietness, stability and smaller size.

This is my first currently released cube. I have 2 moyu rs3m 2021 and 2022. I love them both but i wanted to get something updated. Since ive never had a tornado, i opted for the v4 flagship. I was concerned about so many reports of the v3 breaking.

I cant wait to try it!

Just smoothing out the experience for what is basically already the perfect cube (for me at least) sounds totally worthwhile to me.

I wish more companies would learn from this design and focus on making the quietest cube possible, because that is the feature that puts the tornado a cut above the rest of the market for me.

On my TV3, the magnets definitely got messed up a lot, but I was able to put them back in by taking apart the pieces. Then one evening I was just spamming PLLs as you do and my cube exploded. Was very frustrated but I got a Weilong V9 SE and I’ve broken a lot of my PBs on it.

I ended up liking the Flagship better than the pioneer myself, I got both, but gave the pioneer to a friend who's been wanting a new cube for awhile (he had an old Qiyi M Pro lol) and he said it's perfect for him.

The v3 was already so good, it only had like minor problems (edge adjustment, corner twists, etc) which have all been cleaned up by this new release. I think its perfect in all honesty!
