I use Noxima pads, they aren't pimple patches BUT they are little pads that you rub on your face. Its a great cleanser! I use them to make sure pimples dont get infections, pimples dont get worse, and to make sure i dont get pimples overall!

I love the nose patches but I use the ones by peach slices I think they’re cheaper the just make my pores look smaller and make me feel less oily
