Once again, great stuff, Josh! Just a little tip/trick that I use that I haven't seen you utilize....when making your guide or piece to check for perpendicular, if you come up just three eights or so on both sides from the 90 degree corner and "simply" cut the very corner off of the guide it still works just fine but eliminates the potential for gluing the guide to the piece your holing it to as the glue dries.

To get round wheels from foam cut them slightly over size but have your round circles drawn. Stick a BBQ skewer thru them cut short. A drop of glue on the skewer and the wheel to make the wheel turn with the skewer, them "simply" place the skewer end into a drill and "simply" hold a sanding block to the wheels while spinning them in the drill to take them down to your drawn circle. Works great and gets them more round than trying to cut circles.

i think it would make sense to glue the tape on the wing dihedral points *after* you got the wing through the fuselage. I see the tape got partly unglued in the process of installing the wing in place.

Great video. Very thorough. I'd recommend the videographer turn off the auto focus. Nearly all your actions take place the same distance from the camera so getting the action in focus shouldn't be a problem. That would help eliminate distractions from the continually autofocus. All in all though, this is a great "how to" video. Thanks for the work!

Taking that rubber piece off of the glue gun is a big tip! Had to figure that out on my own. Noticed you Josh didn't have his on. Made my gluing so much more accurate. I found the 100 series at Harbor Freight.

Scratch built this guy, running the A pack 1806 with a 800mah 3S and 6030 prop, it is a very subtle and gentle flyer! The wheels I bought were a little too big, it'd be cool if you guys could suggest which wheels fit which aircraft best, taking into account things like the wheel pants, etc...

I am just curious is A in power pod on pdf plans pointed to wrong side? This a small plane shouldn't it have a bit of down and right trust angle included?
