The non exposed propeller design is best . Also with the outward design and propellers able to contort enough to ' embrace ' very high winds . Such a craft would be excellent for emergency rescue operations, even in high altitude mountainous areas .This type of aircraft should easily be made today but sadly, it's about big money first second and third and then about saving lives .
