I'm a disabled USAF Veteran with CPTSD and other physical and mental problems. The soldier's name is mine. The mental state he's in, reminds me of me. I have a psych-team at the VA Medical Center helping me progress into life again. My wife is a Navy Veteran with PTSD. We're helping each other. She, truly, is my better half. Jenny reminds me of my wife... willing to be there for me, when I'm not at my "best". Got out 40 years ago, this month.

This was so heartwarming and no matter what she wasn't going to give up on him and that's wonderful because it doesn't matter if the person is in a wheelchair or not u love u love and stick by them through thick and thin u never give up on them it may be hard but u give it all u got to do whats right

My fiance is paralyzed from the waist down. I met him after his accident that put him in a wheelchair. Sometimes, he gets down on himself, but I tell him all the time that I chose him. Loving someone with a disability can and will open your eyes to a world that many people turn a blind eye to.

Actually I thought at the beginning of the story that soldier was trying to escape from his girlfriend but by the end of the story we realize that he did not come forward because he was disabled. What beautiful love story and a creative production hats off for all the actors btw the ending is so beautiful.

They are a great example of love. She didn’t give up. He stood by her when she was sick. Taking care of someone who is disabled does have its challenges. Love is worth living for and dying for.

This world need more Loyal, Caring, Loving people like Jenny . It's very hard to find people like Jenny now a days. She could have easily moved on and start a new life but instead of it she still find the reason for which Dan changed so much !! When you truly love someone these kind of things shouldn't bother your relationship. Truly blessed by watching the video featuring my fav actor and actress ❤️.

It's really nice to see a story that is totally different than other channels. the characters then come across so much more "real" and heartwarming!! This is the kind of script I love to see and I hope that there will be more.

Btw...I love it that the guy's name is Lt. Dan Taylor! Reminds me of Forrest Gump's Lt. Dan Taylor - and how he felt betrayed for living, when he, too, "should have died in the field - with honor!" And, he too, had his legs blown off - by those explosions in 'Nam..
