DAY 1 (Arms) - 3 sets (the 3 exercises = 1 set)
15 Bicep Curls
15 Tricep Kickbacks (each arm)
15-20 Shoulder Press

DAY 2 (Legs/Glutes) - 3 Sets/20-25 reps of each
Hip Thrust
Leg Extension
Leg Curls
Hack Squats
Leg Press

DAY 3 (Chest/Back) - 3 sets
20 Bench Press
15 Lat Pull down (Front & back)
15 Chest press (super set)
