Varia vs3 and 9barista are my home setup I love it. Perfect for beginners because you can really get to know grind settings and dose. I would however change the Varia for a kinu m47 if I bought it again. You get a lot more for the same money

Compared to flair 58, which one makes a better quality espresso?

I must say that i am truly impressed with 9barista and flair 58 as those are the best espresso maker for travel compared to any portable espresso maker i've ever seen.
