That’s definitely not a mom’s WORST nightmare. Believe me, she’ll be ok.

I have 2 full sleeve. My Dad just stares at them. All respectful and have meaning. If my mom was still alive she'd be mad

My son has lots of tattoos and they make him happy! The tattoos don’t change who he is, he is still a kind and generous person who would help anyone!

As a 63 yr old mum of 3....I pray this is the worst thing this Mum ever has to be upset or worried about!!!
She needs a wakeup call but I hope she doesn't get it.

Mom’s reaction explains why the daughter rebelled and got the tattoo.
“You’re no longer in charge.”

Hahahaha… I can absolutely feel your scream, Mom. I had a similar reaction when my beautiful daughter came home with a big vine growing on the side of her torso. I nearly came undone. And it's not a pretty vine. After she had it for a while, she decided to have it removed (her choice, her money) and it took 15 laser visits to completely remove it. The tat was $250. and hurt like hell. The laser removal was $3500. and more painful. I got video of the first appointment, for teaching purposes only. 😅. When she pisses me off, I play it really loud. Lol! 😂❤

My mom doesn’t always love my tats but she respects my decisions and the fact that it’s my money and my body. I couldn’t handle a reaction like that personally. She’d be getting more than a little side eye lol

I have three beautiful daughters who begged for dyed hair, unusual piercings, tattoos and a mohawk hairstyle. I told them the reality of having those things and the idea of them were not what they imagined and that it would lead to them feeling judged rather than accepted (I didn't discourage them from expressing themselves in any other way). I encouraged them to wait until they were older to make permanent changes to their bodies because they would change as they grew up and might not feel the same way later. I gave examples of things they used to play with they no longer cared for. I purchased temporary tattoos, colored hair spray and faux piercings for them. Finally, I pointed out that so many people have tattoos, dyed hair and face piercings now that they might just end up being more unique for NOT going there. IDK if I did the right thing; I'm not the world's greatest Mom, but those girls are about to be 22 and they have expressed that they DO feel unique and are proud of themselves just the way they are. I'm proud of them too.❤

Glad I got the parents I did😂 both of them have been covered in tattoos for the past 30+ years. They even let ME design some of their newer ones (been an artist for 8+ years)
