when i said your video's made laugh it wasn't meant as a put down. I love how when you are on the boat and breakfast is ready that the children come running. That's what makes me laugh. Make sure when looking in the cape you are in the south or southeast cape as it is quick to get out to the river. If your in the NW it will take you an 1hr to get out of the slow zone

My parents live in Apollo beach and they are looking at property in Cape Coral!! That area is absolutely fantastic and pretty much all of Cape Coral is waterways for u to get to the ocean!!! They absolutely love it and like u just said all the property taxes and insurance and all that is lower!!!! Very good school district also!!

Looks super Shallow for a boat behind you're sisters house lots of Lilly's and honestly the ocean on the west coast sucks compared to the Atlantic that's why property is cheaper on that side

Great to have the family around you i guess the only thing you gonna miss is coconut tree around the house and the good thing u will have is the ocean a lot fun time and better fishing spot for the kids

Southwest Florida you get 3 times house then in Miami it is slower pace of living on plus side Cape Coral is one of fastest growing town in area and you can't beat water front property if your a boater

I lived in Miami and at the same time I had a home in Cape Coral for 12 years, from 2004 to 2016. It’s a ghost town. Boring as heck. Like going back in time 30 years.It’s cheaper because you won’t find any good paying jobs . Don’t make a decision that you will regret later. Houses in Miami will continue to rise, to the point you might not be able to afford a house if you decide to come back. Beware!

Went there last year on vacation with the family from VA. Slower than the east coast but loved the gulf access and taking the boat right to the beach. I’ve been looking at houses there ever since... If it wasn’t for money, or lack there of, I would buy there in a heart beat. Especially since they have fantastic rental potential there. From what I understood, a lot of Europeans vacation there.
