I loved them really badly back then, but that harsh genre change they did, from Pop Rock to this techno stuff hit me so bad. They lost the style and feeling which characterized them, that everyone imagined hearing the name "Tokio Hotel". I feel this new era empty, feelingless, I can't even listen to Tom's guitar anymore.
Changed all their awesome style for commercial bullshit. Sorry, but I couldn't handle this anymore.

Yeah, he's "tired" of his life and needs to feel something new. He's searching for new feelings/experiences. He is covered in gold but leave it behind to try and find his way again. That naked woman is the Mother Earth and he's trying to connect with it, he desperately tries to dig a hole in the ground to connect with the Earth, trying to connect with the simple things in life, enjoy them again maybe. I really like this song. I wish someone would tell Bill his voice is absolutely beautiful and carry the same feelings even after so many years.

wow, that was... intense. The way he looks for something in a place where there is nothing more to give, the way he feels alone in the world while seeking for someone that shares his hunger for something new, the way he shows himself ready to change and throw everything away in order to just have SOMETHING he doesn't even know what, just wants and wants to have something that matters, that makes sense to him... I'm amazed. I'm surprised. I'm IN LOVE with this video and the way it rolls, the way it tells everything without having to show much. The nudity, the dirt, the fashion, I love absolutely EVERYTHING about it.

The fandom become too pretentious because too attached on a habit that labels put on them and other bands didn't do... frontman... FRONT-MAN!! It mean that he's the person between the group and the audience. And Bill IS the frontman. Freddy Mercury, Ozzy Osborne and others always been more important than other band members. Was ok with them but not with Tokio Hotel? Just unfair and not mature cry babies.

As an old Tokio Hotel fan, I feel like I have to say something.

I am SO damn proud of you guys. I've been a fan of yours for sooo, so long now, probably for 10 years. Yes, obviously this music is very different from what you guys used to do but I absolutely love that. I was a young teenager back then who fell in love with you, with Schrei and Zimmer and all of that. It shaped me so much when I was growing up, your music helped me in the darkest times of my life.
And now we're all adults. You've been experimenting a lot with your few latest albums, and it was truly been inspiring to observe. I may not be as into this new style you've got going on, but that doesn't mean I'll stop supporting you. I'm an Alien, an we would never just turn our backs! I might not listen to your music daily anymore and be obsessed with it, but it doesn't matter. I will always be forever grateful for what you did for me back in the days, how you guys made me believe in myself. And I will always support you.

I love how this video actually has a message to it. How it has so many symbols and how it lets ours; the viewers, imaginations run free. That's exactly how a music video should be, it should have a meaning, it should be important. This is art. This is creativity. And this is what I wish to see.
So thank you, thank you so much. You make me so damn proud.

To all of you asking where are Tom, Georg and Gustav. They are not in the video, cause all the band agreed about it. Bill is the frontman of Tokio Hotel. I suggest you to read the definition of this word, maybe you will understand better, why it's always him in the videos and "in the front". It's simple. ;)

I love it! It fits perfectly to the song, with which I can relate so much in the last years since my mother died and crashed my world and my whole existence. I'm still looking and searching, trying to ick myself up on my own feet all by myself and I want to succeed in it.

i think the meaning of this video is easy. Bill was hit by life again. he was not strong enough to keep going, because when he put off the 3D glasses he realised that life was another thing (like he was living in another "dimension") so KOS comes and he recovered all the strenght to keep going on life. But when KOS ends he was lost again and he tried to find hisself. with the knife he makes a hole on earth, it's like he tries to make a hole on hisself and find somethin new to feel, life and love. at the end, he is covered with sand, that means: he has found what he was looking for: reality. and finally DREAM MACHINE comes, an album full of real experiences.

Ok, I may be mistaken, but here we can see Sigmund Freud's dream symbolism. (Btw the tour and the albom are called "Dream machine") So the main symbols here are: a dagger for masculine; landscape of the desert, bushes and soil for feminine; Bill stabs the ground = symbol of sex. So the whole sense of this video is the following: something new for Bill is having sex with a woman )
