As much as I didn't like Emery. He clearly stated he didn't want Pepe. He wanted Zaha. The board went over him and got Pepe, because of dodgy Raul. Please correct that.

Some people need to watch this. There are so many fans who have so very quickly forgotten the context around all the work that Arteta and Edu needed to do to get us to where we are now.

I’m convinced Arsenal wouldn’t be in the strongest position we’ve been in for over 20 years if the club listened to that clueless ‘Arteta out’ lot.

I will say this again and again. Mikel Arteta's masterstroke decision was signing Thomas Partey. He is the reason Xhaka unlocked

I liked arteta even at the lowest point, because he has a plan and a style they want to implement for the long term

Still supporting Arteta even with our lack of finishing in recent games😅(Liverpool winning 2-0 on the FA Cup). We move on and hopefully our team wakes up after 2 weeks.
We don’t need new signings in my opinion our boys just need to bring up their intensity and use EVERY player we have even ESR and Nelson. COYG

In arsenal, there’s 2 types of fans base. First, the fans who trust the process. Supporting the team, the players and the gaffer. Win, lose, or draw we gonna stand behind the team no matter what happen. Humble and a simple fans who loves the team. Normally the fans who supports the team wayyyy back. These fans are 75% of our fans base.
Second, the toxic fans who loves the team when winning only. When the team lost, they will find scapegoat and mock the players. These fans can love a player today, and hate them the next day. Normally these are the fans who wants wenger out so badly and they don’t care what wenger had done for the team for many years. They forgot everything. They’re the Arteta out fans as well. Normally these fans don’t know football that much, they don’t care about the process neither the tactical approach. They just want to win. These fans are the cancer of AFTV that been spread and brainwashed. These fans are 15% of our fans base

Which one are you?

I backed Arteta from the start, I’ve been a supporter of Arsenal Football Club throughout the entire reign of Arsene Wenger, I am used to a long-term manager with passion for the club, not a rotation of managers every couple of seasons like most clubs these days. Arteta reminded me of Arsene’s appointed. A relatively unproven managerial prospect with no high profile success to fall back on. Everyone back then questioned his appointment, “Arsene Who?”, was the headline. Within a few seasons of rebuilding and acquiring the right players, everyone knew who Arsene Wenger was, and everyone envied Arsenal’s success. Arteta has proven my instincts correct, and I hope he remains our manager for years to come.

For the reference of any future replies, it is 29th April 2024, Arsenal are in the title race with Manchester City and have just beaten Tottenham Hotspur 2-3 Away. The title is anyone’s guess at the moment although Manchester City have a game in hand over Arsenal, who dropped points against Aston Villa.

This was a great video. I must admit it was hard to see what was happening under Emery it was so inconsistent with many different formations he liked his 442 diamond even putting Torriera as a 10 and Ozil as a So weird because we would have amazing games like when we beat Spurs 4-2 or Valencia Auba scored than hattrick and we won with 4 and Auba and Laca had a great relationship but then really poor games too, Definitely hard to see what was happening. Under Arteta when he took over early 2020 we were definitely better more compact and doing better but covid happened had covid not happened I think the run would of continued.

Anyway 22/23 it was easy to see what we were doing. 5 up front in attacking situations constantly stretching the width worked so well and Zini and Partey controlling the midfield but our biggest downfall along with the Saliba injury and Partey and Saka dropping off was our squad depth and plan B. We had no inverted rb, so when zini went out who was inverted lb it hurt us thus Partey dropped into rb when attacking. It was patching over wounds. Under low block teams we struggled. And when Man City started with their 3 at back and Stones in midfield they stepped up 3 gears and that was it.

For 23/24 we need a plan b and plan c, like Pep the great manager does. We need squad depth. Whether we come second again because City are the best team in Europe that is ok what else can you do? We are years behind them but we are building and improving maybe in 2/3 years time we will be the team to beat. But if we can't win the EPL this coming season at least get far in Champions League and win 1 or 2 or 3 trophies or cups.

I’m really ecxited about this season. Rice, Havertz and Timber are all signings with a plan in mind. Rice is a huge improvement on what we currently have, if Havertz can be used correctly he is absolutely a weapon, and Timber gives our defence an incredible amount of versatility depth. One more midfielder, someone who can run, arrive late in the box, and also do his defensive parts, and we are clear of everyone but City.

He did not copy pep he learned from the best manager just like we all learn from other people a thing in life then he applied his own understanding and knowledge 😋

With the signings of late, i reckon we are in a position to push for the title. We can go as far as winning the CL However squad rotation is of paramount importance. Our players must understand that, not withstanding the fact we play to our strengths and weaknesses. It is impossible for player's to perform at 100% week in and weekend out. Resting players at crucial time's is vital. We overplayed Saka and look what happened at the end of the season. City have a plan and it ❤❤❤works well with the previous minutes they are given. We want to be crowned premier league champions. We wont settle for less, we have waited for to long. Love Arsenal
