This device only has one memory module - this is the first laptop that uses the new LPCAMM2 memory format, the new design meant to replace SO-DIMM. Different from SO-DIMM, LPCAMM2 uses more efficient Low Power (LP) memory.

Nice review. Some stuff you prefer on P7 over P6, I might disagree, but I do not have the P7 (yet). But in general, Thinkpad/Lenovo are great laptops. Why companies buy HP, I still do not understand.

Lenovo LOQ 15IAX9I - 1000$ and Lenovo ThinkPad P1 Gen 7 - 3000$. Laptops almost same I think better to buy LOQ because it is x3 chipper and it has bigger keyboard :)

Doesn't the camera get dirty and scratched when it goes outside the computer on the new model? Also, the back of the computer shows a lot of fingerprints in the video.

I have more Thinkpads/Lenovos (w520, to p1 gen 6). The keyboard in general beats HP, Dell, etc - and when you talk about travel - well, the w520 have a nice long travel!

I am glad that they changed the keyboard to longer key travel but hate the Ctrl & Fn.
That's what I like about Thinkpad (Ctrl more reachable).
I guess can swap them back in the setup.

Hey, did you see if the gpu really runs at 60W or a bit higher? What is the performance like vs the p1gen6? And can you do a vulkan benchmark with the 4060? I think during the tests it used the intel arc
