Regarding asking questions, I read a book I really enjoyed called Secrets from a Creativity Coach, by Romney Oualline Nesbitt. She stated, regularly in the book, that her job was to "ask the next right question." I really made an interesting thought in my head of asking the next right question. I've even started trying to do that more with friends. Ask instead of tell. It's been interesting seeing the reactions and responses.
