👉🏽It's very important that you take part, but try not to be too overpowering. Allow other groups members to participate equally.

I recently attended an Open Day. We were 138 and ended up being 23. We're still waiting for the results of the final interview.
I believe that the number of people who get to stay until the end really depends on how many people they need to hire: if the demand is high then there will be more finalists.
