I understand that everyone has to talk during the group assessment but my question is do we need to choose one person who presents our answer at the end or we all present it as a team ?

My team was 12 people. There was not so much to say for all of us to present our answer. At the end some people were just repeating what’s been already said and it made it look messy.

I got my invite letter but it’s in a different city than what I am and it’s in this week how do I inform them I can’t attend but I can attend the other assessment date that’s later in this month that’s in my same city
