Your presentation is brilliant. As a person who lives with bipolar and have friends with a range of mental illness I find your work great re: commpassion and understanding.
Thankyou. Xx

"Mildly amused", that would have been fun to watch.

That's sad about Ms C and her paranoia. It could well be that people around her were taking advantage of her paranoia and winding her up more.
Then again, she shouldn't have taken drugs.

Ugh, the music. Everything else is great. But anything we can do about the music? Thanks!

Very informative. Thank you so much. I was wondering if you have any advice on how to deal with people who have delusional thoughts? It can just be so frustrating.

Sohom, this has been one of my favourite episodes in terms of technical information (sadly for the patients) thank you.

Hello from Romania! I'm so glad I found your podcast, I will work in a very short time as a forensic psychiatrist, so I need as much of an insight that I could get, so I'm very grateful for all the information you give us.. if you can tell me please where can I find a book on forensic psychiatric interview, I would be forever grateful. Good luck with your work! 🤗

We had about two minutes of discussion about delusional patients during EMT training. Definitely could have used this video instead! You have a gift for using personal experience to engage and educate.

Thankyou! Followed you since you first were on with shaun. I’m excited for your weekly episodes.
I was wondering if you could do females in the CJS and borderline personality order as offenders, symptoms they display, etc or if you have any experience stories. Thankyou as always for another brill vid

Can you elaborate more on delusional jealousy disorder? The last 7 months I went through torture dealing with someone who exhibited this condition, but there were other delusions and paranoid behavior. Noone was believing me until I recently was allowed to record her. She's in the hospital now. But I'm not sure if I'll ever recover or if she'll ever get better. Noone understands what I went through and how much I was suffering in silence. She was just committed on the 22nd of this month.

Thank you for putting so much effort into your channel, mental health is a subject that desperately needs to be presented to the public in a clear and helpful manner. I found out about you from the boys over at ICMAP 🙌. Best of luck with your channel, thanks again.

When I was nursing in Scotland a patient who had a mood disorder was becoming hypomanic. She was feeling great so decided to go on holiday. Two members of staff had to meet her and bring her back from Vienna. I think she had a great time

I’ve come from Shaun Atwood’s channel after seeing your chat with him about your new book that is coming out early next year. I’m off to order it now Sohom. I mention in my comment on your chat with Shaun that I wish I’d gone into psychiatry instead of law but here I am living my medical degrees vicariously through people like you. I really enjoyed this and have just one piece of advice for those of us who are watching to learn and not just for entertainment. Slides showing how the various diagnoses relate (or don’t) to each other would be super helpful. Seeing the key requisites and specific things hat separate one from another in black and white as you move along the spectrum of disorders would be really good in my opinion🤷🏻‍♀️👌
