The feather duster worms, and Christmas tree worms are segmented worms (like earthworms) belonging to the Sabellidae. They can very quickly retract into their tubes.
I filmed them with an Olympus TG6 at 240 fps and slowed the footage down 16x. I included a how-to for using the fast frame rate camera settings.
