The ingrediets you will need are:

For the Portobello Vegan tacos for about 4 people:
Corn tortillas 30-40 if you use two tortillas per tacos like a real street taco
Portobello or other mushrooms 1,5 kg (3 lbs)
Salt one tea spoon
Soy sauce 15 ml (0,5oz)
Balsamic vinegar 15 ml (0,5oz)
Olive oil 30ml (1oz)
Garlic 3 cloves
Cilantro 45g (1,5 oz)
Onion 90g (3 oz)
Limes 5 pieces

For the Salsa Verde:
Two fresh jalapenos chilies (you can use also fresh serrano or arbol)
Two dried arbol chilies
Two garlic cloves
Cilantro 45g (1,5 oz)
Half a kilo of tomatillo (1 lb)
half a tea spoon of salt

Thank you for the recipe! Could you make a recipe for the pulled oat tacos that you used to have at the Coyoacán restaurant? They were incredibly delicious
